We visited the National Vietnam War Museum in Weatherford, TX to get a better sense of the history of the war. Founded and run by Vietnam Veterans, the museum is located next to Fort Wolters. The location is significant as Fort Wolters was the primary helicopter school for pilots training for the Vietnam War.
The museum’s artifacts and vehicles on display offered us a greater perspective on the war as a whole. We would also like to thank museum treasurer, Jim Messinger, for sitting down for an interview with us.
